Hey! Great 2021 for whoever is reading this!
I'm having a very unique and strange problem, but not impeditive. See if you can understand and tell me if ever happened to you.
The versions and products are Jira Service Management (8.13.1) (Server) and Confluence (7.9.0) (Server) .
Lets go to the actual problem!
When logging as a customer on the Customer Portal and typing something on the search bar it works just fine. The articles are shown normally, and can be viewed directly on the customer portal too. But when doing a second time as you click to access an article, Confluence asks for authentication. The page has to be refreshed everytime you want to see the articles directly on the portal.
Are Jira and Confluence on different servers? Are either or both of the servers using a proxy?
Hi @Brant Schroeder, thanks for answering
Of course I can share, no problem. I took them on an order trying to make it easy for you to understand. As you can see on 'screenshot-2' we're going back and then selecting the same article 'screenshot-3' and that's what is shown when you click it 'screenshot-4'. This does not happen when you refresh the page. But is annoying always having to do that, hurts the searching trouhg the articles.
I'm gathering the other information you asked.
Thanks again for your answser
