In a service request I wanted to add an extra field for a named person. I can do that fine but what I want to happen is that the named person only gets an email notification when the issue is created and closed.
The request is related to having an item prepared but the person requesting the item isn't the person collecting the item.
The person collecting the item only needs to know when its ready.
I was thinking about automation but I can seem how I can pickup the Named Person Field.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Step 1:
Go into Notifications under project settings and click Actions --> Edit Notifications
Step 2:
For the events Issue Created and Issue Closed add field you created at the bottom.
