Best Practice: Button in Customer Portal

Hi, 

I want to add a custom Button in the requests View and want to create a comment in the issue . 

 

Here i will use scriptunner . But what ist the best approche. Use a web Ressource for the Button a send the issue Key a custom rest endpoint or create the comment with the Service desk api ?

Hi,

im implent a webfragement that include a simple htmlform, that sends the data to the servicedesk api. 

 

I dont know ove that is the best way, but it works.
