Hi,
We already use JIRA Insight to hold details of all our assets and suppliers but we need the ability to hold process maps aswell. Is there any functionality in JIRA for business process mapping using the asset registers in Insight as the building blocks? Many thanks
Hi @Fi Passey and welcome!
Could you elaborate a bit on what you'd like to do?
i've been looking into the same/a similar use case myself to create process flows within Jira depending on a Request Type. Sadly that doesn't exist in Jira and the flower app (cloud only for the moment) seems to be the only option (unless you want to start scripting a lot!)
But maybe your use case is different, could you get a bit deeper in to your requirements?
Hi Dirk, we're looking to create process maps to understand the dependencies on systems, teams and suppliers along an end to end process. We use Insight to hold details on all systems, a supplier register and all teams so our ideal solution would be linking these libraries to the process map. Visio and Draw.io are fine but they are static and unstructured. I am going to investigate the flower app. Best of luck!

we use flower app with Jira DC, so looks like it is not only for Cloud.
If you are looking for a business process mapping solution, you can give it a try.

Hi @Fi Passey welcome to the Atlassian community forum.
At the moment Atlassian products have good number of market place tools to integrate and work seamlessly.
Having said, for JSM I found flower-workflow-automation tool with good rating, contact support. FYI, access the tool's Documentation if that fits your need.
Stay safe and stay healthy.

Is there somebody I can send a high level RFI question file to for completion?
We are shortlisting solutions for the RFP stage.
Kind regards
