Currently the CSAT only gets sent out when the status transitions to completed. I've looked through the documentation and they should be sent out whenever the ticket is moved into a resolved status, but it doesn't seem to. Is there any way to change which statuses the CSAT is sent out at?
CSAT is triggered by resolved date being set. If you want something different you will need to look to the Marketplace. Here is one I have seen mentioned in the Community- customer-satisfaction-survey-for-jira . Note I have no personal experience with this addon.
Can I ask what exactly is the resolved date and how does it get set?
