Cannot Access JIRA Service Desk WIdget

When I try to access the Widget option in JIRA Service Desk > Project Settings > Widget, I receive the following error: 

"We can't load the widget right now. Try again in a little while."

I've tried after at least half an hour and still get the same error. Please help.
