Change columns in customer view

Hi,

The Customer Requests View in the portal contains Columns that I would like to eliminate or change. I originally put them there but cannot remove them anymore.

I am the admin and followed this route:

Admin >> Applications >> Configuration >> View & Customise >> Requests >> All Requests

The screen that appears is this one

Can anyone please suggest how to change the columns?

Thanks

Paul

@Paul Wilkinson

To me it seems these are SLA's, these are set on the project.

I would look into the SLA's on the project

The requests list is for all projects, some have SLA and others don't.

How do I get rid of the columns? I put them there but cannot figure out how to remove them.

Thanks

Paul

Hi @Paul Wilkinson

This article might help you: list/https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/customize-the-columns-in-your-customers-requests-list/

These are more the default fields, might the there is an app in your installation that might serve this purpose as well.

Thanks.

I found out  the SLA's visibility of these SLAs was set in another project, that is the reason why they appeared here.

By changing the visibility setting of these SLAs these disappeared.
