We have a problem with using bundled fields on the portal.
When we send Customer notifications we include ${request.details} so they can easily see what information was included in their request.
With the bundled fields, the request details show in the emails as the json output.
Has anyone had to address this issue or find a workaround?

Hi Kate, we just used bundled fields for the first time and ran into the same issue inside the email.
Any chance there has been any progress in fixing this or any workaround?

Hi,
I'm so happy to announce that new version of Dynamic Forms will fix this problem! It should be released next week. We're also working on Bundled Fields in Extension -> the new app version which includes this fix will be released in the January 2021.

Hi,
I have the same problem.
You talked about a release in January 2021, so I installed the last release 6.10.0 ( February 2021) but it still doesn't work :(
Is it corrected only for Cloud version and not for Data center version or not corrected at all for the moment ?
Thanks,
Regards,
Magali.

It's about Server / Data Center version.
In Dynamic Forms app everything should work. In case of Extension app, we noticed some problems before the release so the fix is added to the next version (6.11) which will be available on the marketplace at the end of this month.

Hi @Katarzyna We have just installed 6.11 in our environment and are still having this issue. Can you advise on how we would resolve?

Hi, now we're testing 6.12 but the problem should be fixed in the previous version. Please raise a request on our customer portal.
