Hello,
I would like to display a specific service request catalog based on the login.
Example:
login A (company A) has specific product in support (a contact center solution) and I would like to display some specific service request catalog (contact center oriented).
login B (company B) has specific product in support (a network solution) and I would like to display some specific service request catalog (network oriented).
Do you think I can play a such scenario in Jira SD with Insigth for example ?
Regards,
Guillaume
Hello @Guillaume Boullé and welcome to Community!
You have several options:
As far as I know, Insight will only let you customize field options inside request types, not the request types themselves.
Hope this helps,

I want to add something here,
The best solution here is to create a customer portal per company as @Manon Soubies-Camy mentioned. But, you don't want those companies see each others portal at the home screen (Help Center page). So you have to define the settings at project settings > customer permissions. The problem however is that you have to add every customer manually in the portal as a service desk customer or you can bulk add users.

Not scalable. We have around 10 000 customers and we cannot generate 10 000 cust portal. :-(
Do you think nFeed plugin could be helpfull to generate specific catalog in 1 portal ?

We are a telco service company. So depending on the customer contract, we would like to display the specific change catalog associated to the customer contract.

The only app that can help you with this is Extension for Jira Service Desk - nFeed will only let you query data from a database, an LDAP etc., it will not restrict the requests available in your customer portal.

Réalisez-vous des prestations d'accompagnement aux outils Jira SD ? Si oui, est-il possible d'échanger à ce sujet ?
