Is it possible to set up an effective range of dates of SLA?
I need to set up a project with SLA for 2019. Then set up new SLA values for 2020, but this new SLA must not re-calculate 2019's SLA.
If I create a new SLA, then both SLA will be shown on issues screen. This behavior isn't what I need. Please help me, maybe with some add on.

As @Yevhen Rohovets mentioned, this is a specific request, but you can handle that with Time to SLA app.
You can define as many SLAs as you want depending on JQL in which you can use issue's created date so that it will differ over years.

But, I am not sure that you request it possible or not. Also, you always can just wait to 2020 and re-configure SLA)

This can be done with SLA PowerBox. The app is designed specifically to handle complex SLA agreements, so there won't be any problem in configuring it.

@Krzysztof Daukszewicz [CoreSoft Labs] : Could you tell me a little more about SLA PowerBox? We are an IT department at a school and need to toggle our SLA's between start of school high capacity SLAs and regular SLAs. Is this something your plug in can handle?

SLA PowerBox allows to create different SLA Metrics / Goals / Working Hours and to toggle between these and combine these as necessary, if that's what your requirement is about. Maybe we could work on some more details?
