When emailing the cloud email address I am receiving a bounce
This message could not be delivered.
I am using a test email address that has an account registered in JIRA SD against an organisation. I have selected service desk does not allow public signup option.
I have used the cloud email address against a request type but to no avail.
Am I missing something obvious?
I used the support email address several times in the past without any issue. Since yesterday I am experiencing the same issue described above. Have you any idea. (Jira Service Desk . Cloud version)
We have the same issue. You might check https://yoursite.atlassian.net/secure/admin/IncomingMailServers.jspa. For one of our sites, the Default Cloud Mail Server is missing (on another instance we have it is present).
