How do you export "Time to First Response" from a JQL Search?

VL October 11, 2020

I can find the "Time to First Response" column when customizing the filter columns, and can display it on the screen when running a JQL search.

However, when I export the results of the JQL search this column is not displayed.  Any idea how to export it?

There are a lot of posts on this topic. This field and other SLA fields are not exported. They are calculated fields only. You can export and use excel to recalc if you wish.

created date is the starting point. now end-point for TTFR depends on your definition. For example in one of my projects it is when a public comment is made but your definition could be different. Ultimately you will need to ensure you can reference the date at which "first response" occurred. You might have to consider creating a custom field and updating that field via automation when the "first response" occurs.

Now, also consider addons that could capture this. I think EasyBI and other choices exist. you might search the Community for similar post where others have suggested solutions.
