How to display custom field in transition screen in Service Desk Portal?

Hi.

I have a transition Escalate and I need to display the field which is in that screen in Service Desk Portal.

Any suggestions?

To add any fields on the transition screen on the Customer Portal, you can use our app Actions for Jira Service Desk. Here you can find a documentation about this app.

@TecnoforDo you need a solution for adding fields on the Escalate transition? Our team is developing the Feature Bundle app which allows you to edit fields on the request. If you're interesting, we can also discuss how to edit fields on other transitions. Create a ticket on our customer portal for further discussion.
