Question 1:
I need to update License of Jiracore in Jira Service Desk. But when I update License, system show this Error:
This license is a JIRA Data Center license and is incompatible with the existing installed license configuration. Please install a Server license. For more information please see License compatibility.
I am using Jira Data Center. I get License from Jira, I selected Core Server but When I paste License, system show that I am using License of DataCenter.
-->Please help me How to get license of Jira Core Server in Service Desk Data Center
Question 2

Hi @NguyenThanh Hoa,
to answer your first question, you can not combine a datacenter license and a server license in one instance. So if have to use Jira Service Desk Datacenter you must choose Jira Core Datecenter if they should run on the same instance. If you can switch Jira SD to a server license, you can use the Jira Core Server license.
So it does not work what you want to do.
If you decide to have both licenses as datacenter, you can just add the jira core license.
If you want to switch to server license, you will have to remove the license from Jira SD and then you can apply the server licenses.
Second question, yes, that works, if both are either server or datacenter.
Best regards
Bastian
By the way JIRA core isn't available on Data Center, only JIRA Software.
