Hello Community,
I would like to send notification to customers from different emails for every project.
Project A: notification from ABC@gmail.com
Proejct B: notification from XYZ@gmail.com
None of these emails are globally set up for outgoing email (there is different email that we use for JIRA)
I saw an open issue at Atlassian. But do you know any other way or workaround how to do it?
Thank you
Jakub
Hi @Jakub Hanak,
I do not know if this would help but, try the following:
From my knowledge of standard JIRA, it would attempt to send emails based on the email set on this page.
Note though that some mails may require you set on the configured email on the notification scheme to allow the email you set in your outgoing mail to send mails on behalf of it.
Let me know if this helps.
Hi @Ismael Jimoh,
thanks for your reply. I tried to set different email adrress in Notification section, but these adrresses didn´t wokr, unless it was email address that was configured globally for outgoing emials. Any other email didn´t send any notification unfortunatelly.

Tested this and yes it does not work.
I am not sure if this could be worked around at the moment then. If you have email this issue add-on, it should be possible to bypass this due to how it handles mails as an alternative.
