We have been testing JIRA service desk for a while and so far the only show stopper for us to deploy it as our main support ticket system is that we have to maintain two separates project / portal with different queues in order to support both our french and english customers. This makes management of keeping them both identical and also to have two different channels for support very diffcult.
Is there a way to use both languages in the same portal ?
We are using JIRA v7.3.6 with JIRA Service Desk Application v3.5.0

Hi @Alexandre Léveillé JSD doesn't offer a solution out of the box but there's a fantastic all called Translation for Jira Service Desk that will allow you to achive the multilingual site.

We are having same requirement. I did use translation add-on , however one of my requirement is still not met - Searching Confluence KB with multi-lingual. Any idea how can we resolve this?
