Hi,
we try to create a confluence space from the Knowledge base link in our JSD Project. But we get the following error message.
I have check the Application Link status and there is connected. My Account is a member of Jira-Administrator and Confluence-Administrator.
Confluence Version: 6.13.0
Jira Version: v7.13.0#713000
What can be the problem?
Kind Regards,
Ronald Schneider
Hi Roman,
the authentication between Confluence and Jira is OAuth. How can i configure "Allow user impersonation through 2-Legged OAuth"?
Ronald
if you are using one of the later versions, try selecting OAuth (impersonation) instead of OAuth. I think there is no dedicated checkbox for 2-Legged option anymore.

Hi Roman,
thats the Solution. After select OAuth (impersonation) on both side, it was possible to create the new confluence space.
Thanks for your help.

which authentication do you use between Confluence and Jira? If it is OAuth, you need to enable "Allow user impersonation through 2-Legged OAuth" or specify a user in "Execute as" in the incoming authentication tab.
