Link additional info disappear on create issue customer portal

I'm hosting JIRA on Server

for example 
yourjiracustomerportal.com/portal/10/create/233?desc=Test%20Test

on a link in announcement

additional info from ? is removed

You will need to describe more of the problem.  We can't see from this what "link additional info" is, or what is disappearing?

in jira customer portal i added a link that redirect user to create issue with additional parameter
yourjiracustomerportal.com/portal/10/create/233?desc=Test%20Test

parameter here is desc=Test%20Test

I'm trying get the parameter info through javascript add on to auto populate field in JIRA customer portal create ticket page

however when I/user click the link

the parameter gets erased..

I don't think the portal accepts parameters like that.
