Is it possible to add the Attachment Overview of an Issue in the Customer Portal?

And if not, how do i disable the "convert to thumbnail" function in the comment section?

On the customer portal, currently, the attachments are only visible on the comments. It’s not possible to show the attachments on a separate section the same as the agent view.
There are feature requests suggesting improvements for that:
Regarding disabling thumbnails, even disabling it on Cog icon > System > Attachments, on the portal it won’t work correctly.
There is a bug related to this:
The workaround, for now, it’s to use the format below to show a link instead of a thumbnail:
