×You would need an app in order to do this, the default gadgets in Jira do not allow you to configure the colors. There are multiple apps in the Marketplace that can do this. We use Custom Charts and one of the reasons we selected it was the possibility to configure the chart colors.
I second this for Custom Charts!

Thank you for the information, I will look into this. Is there a data limitation on showing the # of records? Some I have tested only bring 2500 records?

@Paul Prata Custom charts I think have a 20000 limit so your 2500 records should be fine.

Hi @Paul Prata
Our own Dashboard Hub Pro is also a great option to customize your pie charts :)
Select your preferred colors, show/hide and move segments to set it your way.
In this example 👇 I selected the actual colors of Jira statuses to improve semantics.

I have leveraged this and does allow me to control the colors, but only brings back 2500 records. There is an issue with this and a fix but no ETA on the release of the fix.
