Goal: I would like to make my custom field of Reason be shown and required when using the Move feature, to move a Jira issue to a new Jira Service Management project.
Team A service Desk sometimes receives a ticket that needs to be moved to the Team B service desk. During the Move feature, I would like to add a custom field called Reason and make it required before completing the Move process.
Not sure if this is possible or if any other solution might work.

It's not possible during the move operation. You could restrict the move operation to a specific project role and make users submit a request to move them? In that way you'd have a record of what moved and why.
