Script Runner custom mail to customers

Hi!

I want to ask you if anyone is sending custom emails in transitions in Jira Service Desk using Script Runner post function. 

Our problem becomes when the customers receive the last comment made in an issue but the images can't be loaded. The problem start in the image URL, Script Runner uses Jira URL and not the JSD Portal URL, so the customers can't see the image even if they try to open it in a browser.

What we found as a solution is to attach the images in the mail, but when a comment have more than one image, customers can't know which image is in which position because we can't incrustate it in the mail body. 

If anyone found a solution to this without use other plugins, we can't ask customers to pay more licences because of that. 

Adaptavist tells this is a bug but they are not working on it since it was reported on 2016:

Was useful but definitive not what we need, we just need scriptrunner fix that bug...

True, but while you wait for Adaptavist to fix it, you might as well use my solution as a workaround. Up to you really.
