Setting up my jira service desk. Trying to add more fields for customers when submitting sd tickets. In the service desk window in admin, some specific serv requests do not show, so i can't edit them. However it does show in the portal grouping as well as on the portal (customer facing)

1st screenshot is service request page missing the tech issue serv requests. 2nd screenshot is portal groups showing the tech issue group w the serv requests in it. 3rd screenshot is the portal, customer facing, showing tech issue group and serv requests in it.

It looks like Technical Issue is a portal group and not a request type. Portal groups contain request types. You should be able to confirm this by going into the portal settings.

@edwin vasquez thx for your reply. that is a portal group, i understand. The issue is the request types (that are housed in that portal group) are not showing on the serv request page. Since they are not showing on the serv request page - i cant modify the request type questions in the portal (customer facing).
