One of the Service Desk Customers has logged a few request to a Jira Service Desk Portal, however they cannot see the request detail next to their profile when accessing the Service Desk Portal.
Please could anyone provide suggestions or guidance.
so did they actually open via the portal or did an agent open for them? Check to ensure that they are the reporter and that the Customer Request Type is set.
