Signup form missing CAPTCHA solution field

Since our last update we are seeing a problem on the service desk signup form. It is missing the field for users to type in the captcha solution:

Has anyone experienced this and know how to resolve ?

Browser tested: Firefox on Android, Firefox on PC, Chrome on PC, Safari on MacOS.

Versions installed: JIRA Service Desk 4.6.1, Jira Software 8.6.1, Jira Core 8.6.1

Hi @Arij ,

As of my opinion, kindly reindex you whole jira instance, it might be resolved your issue.

Unfortunately the problem is the same after performing a complete Jira re-indexing.
