Dear All,

In a workflow, I need to pass a status only if one user from 4 groups have "validate" (on clicking to "Validate" button by example).

One each group, there are multiple users, but only one of them have to approve. This 4 times (1 user for each group)

I see the option to add approval on the status, but it allow only one custom field (of user picket type)

I create 4 CF and add by default members of those groups, and try to add conditions, but not working as expected.

How I can make this kind of validation ?

thanks in advance.
Regards

Hi,

I would advise to create a custom role ("Approvers" for example).

Then add the 4 users to this role in project settings.

Then in the "Validate" transition, add a "User is in project role" condition, and add the "Approvers" role.

That way you can easily manage which users can trigger this transition by just adding/removing people from the role.
