I would like to have all tickets accessible for all customer via customer portal without having to share them consuming the JSD license. Is this possible?
Can we share ticket by default with Jira groups instead of individual users?
Regards,
Muthanna MK
Hello,
You would need to add an organization, add all customers to this organization and set the Organization field of all tickets to this organization.
You can add only users, not groups.
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
One more question: The moment I add the organization an Email is triggered. Is there any way the we can configure not to send Email notification when organization is added?

Journeys is a brand new feature in Jira Service Management that helps you streamline various processes in your organization that may cross multiple departments, such as employee onboarding or off-boarding that require action from different teams. ✨
