Remove Requested Participants from Jira Service Desk

HR submits New Hire Details via email that notifies other departments so they can do their part.

I wanted to know if there was a way to automate removing Request Participants when the ticket is pulled into Jira Service Desk and the ticket is created.

I was trying to see if Automation could do it but it couldn't.

There is a way to do this with Automations.
