SLA Holidays is Half Day but I can't configure.

In our country 28/Oct/2014 's holidays is half day  but ı can't configure.I want to configure to holiday is half day,it is possible?

Because specific daily hours can't be set for days marked as "holidays", one option would be to create a custom calendar for this week. You can then specify the exact hours to track SLAs for each day. You can edit the SLA and switch to this calendar for this week. Afterwards, you can switch back to your former calendar.
