we have a scripted issue picker field in our customer portal, but for the customer no issues are displayed. For me and other colleauges it works. ?
Need customers more permissions to use a scriptrunner issue picker or to use the embedded JQL ?

The issue picker respects the security and will only show the issues that the user has access to.
I would not recommend granting additional permission to customer users.
One alternative I can perhaps suggest is to use a test field and ask the customer to just type the key.
Then, using behaviour serverside script, you can lookup if that ticket is valid/appropriate (with expended permissions) and raise an error if it's not valid.

May I asked you to share the script part of your issue picker field? I am straggling to implement it on Jira cloud. and cannot find the good instructions in KB articles.
