Hello,

We recently upgraded Jira Service Desk from v2.x to v3.0.11. Our users are reporting that in the previous version they could search custom field values using the My Requests feature on the Customer Portal but that does not seem to be the case for v3.x. Is that correct? Using Quick Search from the main Jira application works but not the My Requests Search.

Thanks, Michael J

This is not an out-of-the box feature for JIRA Service Desk. Did you have something installed like "JIRA Service Desk Extensions" or another add-on for JSD?

By default, if I have a dropdown with value "System" and I search for "System" in the My Requests screen, nothing will appear.

You can only search by Type, Reference, and Summary.
