Am I losing my mind, or am I not seeing an option to whitelist a domain on incoming emails? There is this option on every help desk software product I have set up, why not here? I want to turn on public sign-in (create an account for a user that is not in the Jira Directory), but I want emails from ONE domain only coming into service desk. Is this possible? Larry

Actually just realized, I'm going to need to whitelist 2 domains, not just one. Is this still possible? I'm still searching through all the help documentation with no success....
