Hi,

 

As a mistake, I have changed my gmail accounts e-mail address. Then, Jira changed my contact e-mail address and said signup e-mail fired. However, there has been no mail in old or new e-mail address.

Is there any way to recover old e-mail or get signup mail?

Contact Jira support and explain the situation. They should be able to assist you in recovering the signup email or updating your email address appropriately.
