Hello,
we have a Jira Service Desk project for customer in different languages.
The issue status were created in German, but are also translated into English.
If a customer with language English views his tickets in the portal the status is translated properly (see attached image).
But for the customer notifications the status is still in German (see also attached).
Is there a way to also have the status in the customer notification to be translated according to the users language?
