Upgrade service desk

Hello,

We have a license for jira service desk server (on-premise).

We had to upgrade confluence to 8.4 version due to end of life but for this upgrade we had to ugrade our postgresql server to version 14 and now our service desk don't work.

Is there an upgrade available for jira services desk ? If not, can we install jira service management datacenter with our license ?

If you renewed your JSD license for server and it's still active, you should be able to download what you need from here https://www.atlassian.com/software/jira/service-management/download-journey

If your JSD license is not longer active, you will need to purchase a DC license in order to install a DC version.

Our license is still active until 2024 but what about when the license will be no longer active ?

As @Julie d_Antin _Elements_ states, you would need to renew as usual, but this renewal will be that the new license is a DC version.

This might have cost implications, as DC is more expensive then server was.
