Upgrading from Jira 7.4.3 + Service Desk 3.6.4(as a plugin/ad-on) to Jira 8.02 and SD 4.02

Hi

I have upgraded Jira to 8.02, what started up it reported "JIRA Service Desk is licensed but not currently installed"

I downloaded the latest SD 4.02 , on installation start, it prompts to install on top of the same Jira install directory.

is this supposed to be the case ? or should I change install location ?
