Why were all my JSM users placed in a default group overnight that defaults to Agent license and I cannot remove that as the default. Most of our users should NOT be agents. Can someone help explain how I can change this?

It might that product, site or org admin made a change within Atlassian Administration
Within Atlassian Administration, under Products there is the option "User Access", per domain, or any domain you are able to define the default product access.
Have an org admin check these settings.
Thank you. I did identify that any domain had access to the Agent license, but also there was a moment where a large group was moved to the agent user and then moved back to customer and apparently that was the one that triggered Atlassian automation to assign everyone to that license.
