We use our JSD for internal tickets and sometimes we create tickets for ourselves. We don't need SLA tracking on these issues, so I'd like to make it so JSD doesn't apply the SLA to tickets where the reporter = assignee.
Any ideas?
Maybe you can use organization to group users from your own company and use JQL "organizations = <customer name>" in goals definition.
