Just installed Service Desk on Production after testing and the "Settings"button is gone. I do not see a way to set up the email queue and there Agent management is gone as well...
We resolved it by upgrading our JIRA version. Service desk 2.0 was not combatible with our current version. We upgraded to 6.3.6.

Hi Charles,
Yes, I am the lead on this project and an admin on the JIRA instance. I actually just created the project to use with Service Desk. I am checking with my Sys Admin to see if there was anything odd about the install.

Just a thought, Ben, but do you have rights to administer this project in Production? Settings would require project admin rights.
