Oftentimes when we are searching to assign a user, 2 different users (same person) show up. I looked to see if the have 2 accounts, but they only have 1.
Anyone know why 2 are showing up?
I had something similar happen. In my case it was users being both Atlassian users, and portal only users. This can be fixed by migrating the users to Atlassian in UserManagement.
