request's fields details disappear

Hi guys,

 

Yesterday i was customizing a request's fields in next gen service desk, I add description, intructions, and more custom stuff. After setting up eveyrthing works fine.

Today i woke up and everyting disappear, No description, no instruction even the description and names on each request. Anyone can help here? :S

Did you ever figure this out? I just encountered this, and it's super weird.
