Reopen Issue automation error

I added the "Reopen Issue" automation in my Jira Service Desk implementation and for reasons unknown to me it is not working.

I get the same results if i set the transition to "Respond to customer".

Is this permission related?

Transition did not exist so i changed it to use the "back to in progress".
