Hey there,
I'm looking for a way to count something like this:
>>for every unique value in "Domain of reporter", count how many issues have been created matching this JQL<<
This is with the intention to see which companies email us the most. The JQL has a time range configured so it only applies to half a year, however it'd be nice to have this automatically created for every half-year. This isn't necessary, however.
Hello @Leonard Winck
Thank you for reaching out.
Per your description, I understand you would like to create a report that returns the number of tickets created for each value in the "Domain of Reporter" field you currently have in the last 6 months, automatically updating that report when issues with new reporter's domains are created. Is that correct?
Unfortunately, this feature is not achievable out-of-the-box in Jira Server, however, we see this is a very required functionality for the customers who need clear information of how many tickets are created by client/company, so we created the following feature request to implement this option in the Statistic gadget:
Add "Organization" field on "Statistic Type" option for Issue Statistic gadget

As a workaround, there are some marketplace plugins that provide you with this type of report, as Rich Filters::Service Desk Dashboards. Feel free to check any other available options in the Atlassian marketplace.
