Request type - customer portal

Hello, can i control the visibility of a request type inside the customer portal, based on the user's login?

Hi @GiorgosTsav

 As far as I know/understand both solutions work with user groups / single users which means that "customers" need to be put into user groups or selected individually which might be a painful admin experience.
