RescueAssist Integration or something similar

Hello! We are looking for a tool that can allow our HelpDesk and Support Team to:

• Start a remote session with another computer and control that device
• Allow several sessions per technician simultaneously
• Transfer the session to another team member
• Record sessions
• Provide reporting on sessions

As well as integrate into Jira if at all possible. I've found RescueAssist as a tool that does all of the above, but I cannot find any information about integration. Does anyone know if it does integrate? If not, does anyone have a tool that does most or all of the above and integrates?
