How can i implement SLA rules per organization? We have one overal servicedesk for customers with groups/organizations.
All different kind of SLA's per organization.
I know it was possible to relate SLA rules to a organization, but cant find this anymore..
Hope somebody can help me with this.

If your customers are already part of an organisation then you can define these SLAs using JQL with a query on organisations.
