Hi,
1. I'm creating one project TEST1
2. I create two client accounts USER1 / USER2
3. I create one jira desk account USERDESK
4. USER1 create task at project TEST1
5. USER2 can't see this tasks
This is what i need to resolve. I need to setup system that every user assigned for project TEST1 can see each other task. I tried permission, organization it didn't work
6. USERDESK create a task in project TEST1.
7. USER1 / USER2 can't see this task
8. When i assign USER1 to task created by USERDESK and assign task type it can be seen at Portal
I need to know how i can setup global visibility for everyone inside portal of service desk.
Kuba
@Jakub Musialek, see if this article helps you. Basically you want to set up Organization and you want to enable Organization added which will notify all customers within an org when a ticket is created at which point they can elect to participate in the issue or not.
If Organizations don't work, you can try with add-on - Advanced Portal Reports. It can show all tickets in a service desk projects to all users if this option is enabled.
