Our Service Desk have turned into a common project and I can't figure out why.
There are no queues of issues and I can't add them again.
The incoming mail feature disappeared along with the settings for the email acount.
Also, our Service Desk public page disappeared.
There are no SLAs neither internal comments or "share with customer" option.
Service desk transformed into a normal project even though the "project type" remains as "service desk".
Also, I tried to create a new service desk project unsuccessfully with the message "Hmm... we couldn't create your project due to an unknown error. Try refreshing the page to start again."
Any ideas?? BR

Could you please check the atlassian-jira.log in <JIRA_HOME>/logs dir.
Maybe you will get more details about the error.

Are you sure that your user has a Service Desk Agent license? Also look for errors in the atlassian-jira.log file
