After I moved a ticket from one jsd project to another jsd project. The share ticket doesn't seem to be working. I shared the ticket with one of the user but for some reason this user are not able to see the ticket at all.
When i check at the backend or Service Desk team view, this user is not in the Watcher list.

When moving a ticket from a project to another, usually the request type will be set as “No match” which will prevent customers to see the ticket thought the customer portal.
Please, check if the request type and ask them to check if they are able to see the ticket in the portal.
