Show Attributes from Insight via REST Api

Hello everyone,

we are using data center and JIRA Insight with various imports. We want to have a much better KPI informations from tickets, so we use the REST API to import Tickets to another Software.

The problem is that the Insight field Information contains just the name of the field instead of the attributes. Is there a possibility tho show the attributes via the API.

On the screenshot you can see the informations we got (gewan01 is the user ID), there is the name of the field and the insight key from the scheme, but this object have much more information.

It is possible, and what you are seeing when pulling the data for the issue is the reference to the Asset object (Insight is changing name to Assets). So what you have to do is use the endpoint to get the Asset object in order to get all the attributes.
